Eligibility: Refunds are available for 14 days after purchase.

• Refunds are offered for technical issues preventing download or playback.
• We do not want to provide a bad experience and sell something that doesn't work.
• Sadly, because there is no way to get back the costs involved in creating the meditation, we do not offer refunds based on personal preference or if you simply change your mind.

Approval:
• If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
• We may also offer other alternatives, but you are always entitled to your money back if the request is approved.

In case of a valid dispute:
